The stages of a project Some of the tasks involved in project development may include: choosing a project organizing the initial details (environment) scheduling meetings and milestones attending meetings brainstorming managing tasks gathering and storing information compiling the project presenting and showcasing the final project grading the projects. Every project is different, so the number of tasks you require, or the order of tasks, may differ from one project to the next. You can attribute these differences to such factors as time constraints, project requirements, age/grade level of students, and so on. Aside from the stages of a project, you must also consider the project guidelines you will implement, what tools are available to you for project development, who will be responsible for which parts of the project, and so on.
