Use this form to insert, replace, or save an embedded picture, and to customize its properties.

Use Default button
Reverts all "Appearance" settings to the FirstClass defaults.
Image information
The file's name, type, size, and original dimensions in pixels.
Replace button
Lets you browse for another file to replace the selected file.
Save As button
Saves the file to your computer.
Open button
Displays the picture in a viewer window.
If FirstClass does not support the file type, the file is
downloaded.
Thumbnail
View image as thumbnail
Embeds the picture as a thumbnail (a version of the original that will display faster).

Selecting this doesn't change the size at which the picture embeds. To change the size, specify the size you want at "View size".
Thumbnailed pictures can still display at their original sizes when opened in the viewer window.
This field is only applicable when you first embed the picture.
Quality
The level of quality you want for the thumbnail.
The higher the quality, the better the resolution, but the bigger the file size.
View size
The size of the picture when embedded.
This doesn't affect the size of the picture when opened in the viewer window.
Original Size
Makes the picture the same size as the original.
percentages
Resizes the picture by these percentages.
You can also type your own percentage.
Width
The width of the picture in pixels.
This and "Height" allow you to specify an exact size, instead of changing the original size by a percentage.
Height
The height of the picture in pixels.
Maintain aspect ratio
Makes the picture the same relative dimensions as the original.
If you select this, then change either the height or width, the other dimension will change automatically.
Appearance
Alignment
Right
Aligns the picture to the right.
Text wraps to the left of the picture.
Left
Aligns the picture to the left.
Text wraps to the right of the picture.
Inline Top
Aligns the top of the picture with the top of the text line.
The picture flows with the text.
Inline Bottom
Aligns the bottom of the picture with the text baseline.
The picture flows with the text.
Inline Center
Centers the picture vertically on the text line.
The picture flows with the text.
Padding
The number of pixels of blank space surrounding the picture.
Comment
Any descriptive text that you want to display for this file.
This is useful when users only see a placeholder for your file. Users will see this information as a
tooltip.
