Moving messages into folders1 Click Inbox to create the folder in your Inbox, or Outbox to create the folder in your Outbox. 2 Click New Folder. 3 Type the folder name. Top You can't address messages directly to folders. The only way to get messages into folders is to move them there. To move a message into a folder: 1 Select the message. 2 Choose the destination folder at "Move items to". 3 Click Move. Top |
