You can export memos in a format that can be used in another application. To do this: 1       Open the Memos folder. If you want to export only certain memos, select them. 2       Choose File > Export Documents. 3       Update the Export Documents form. 4       Select the location where you want the file to be saved. 5       Rename the file, if desired.
