To create a rule for local copies of mail that you send:
1 Open your Mailbox.
2 Click Rules.
Your Mailbox's mail rules page opens. This page lists all existing rules for your Mailbox.
3 Choose New Send Rule from the Create field.
4 Update the Send Rule form.
