Contents If you are interested in checking only one type of mail, such as unread messages, in a container, you can list only those messages. Your changes are only in effect for as long as you have the container open. To list only a certain type of mail: 1 Open the container. 2 Click one of the following: Show Incoming Lists only received messages (both read and unread). Show Outgoing Lists only sent messages and messages created but not yet sent. Show Unsent Lists only messages created but not yet sent. Show Unread Lists only messages that you haven't read. Show All Reverts to the default view, which is all message types. You can also list only unread messages by default.
