If you are interested in checking only one type of mail, such as unread messages, in a container, you can list only those messages. Your changes are only in effect for as long as you have the container open.
To list only a certain type of mail:
1 Open the container.
2 Click one of the following:
Show Incoming |
Lists only received messages (both read and unread). |
Show Outgoing |
Lists only sent messages and messages created but not yet sent. |
Show Unsent |
Lists only messages created but not yet sent. |
Show Unread |
Lists only messages that you haven't read. |
Show All |
Reverts to the default view, which is all message types. |
You can also list only unread messages by default. | |
