Viewing tasks Deleting tasks Viewing tasks Incomplete tasks move to the Today list on their start dates, and stay there until they are completed. Once completed, they show on the completion date in other views. Overdue tasks are shown in red. Completed tasks have a red line through them. To see task details, open the task. You can also see some details in the task's tooltip. Top Deleting tasks If you are creating a calendar task and decide you don't want it, you can delete it while it is still open, just as you would an open message. Top
